At Bme, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every piece of furniture; however, if your selection isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Bme account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place it back into its original box with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a carrier pickup for oversized furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
